System Set Up

  1. How long does it take to set up the mobile app for staff/ members after I subscribe to the Membership Suite plan?
    The mobile app will be set up instantly after you subscribe to the Membership Suite plan.

  2. Do I need to attend any training sessions to learn how to use the app?
    Our customer service is available to assist on any issue.


  1. What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept the following payment methods: credit/ debit cards, manual cash, and bank transfers.

  2. How is the subscription charged? Can I cancel my subscription?
    We offer monthly plans. You are required to make the payment every month for access to the subscription with terms and conditions. You can cancel the subscription with terms and conditions.


  3. Any refunds for the unused subscription time if I cancel my yearly subscription?
    You may be entitled to a refund depending on the terms and conditions.


  4. Do you charge service tax?


  5. Are there any charges for the integration of SMS/Email?
    There are no additional charges from Membership Suite. However, you will be charged by SMS / Email vendors.

  1. How many locations of a business can use one software license?
    One software license can be deployed to an unlimited number of sites (physical locations).

  2. How many staff can use one software license?
    An unlimited number of employees can use one software license.

  3. Can we add a limit on the access control of various employees?
    Yes, the access of your employees can be limited.

  4. Does Membership Suite provide ongoing post-sale support?

    Yes, our customer service consultant will be available during office hours (Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm (+0800)) to entertain any enquiry. Alternatively, you may drop us an email at [email protected]. Our consultant will revert to you on the next business day. 

  5. Does Membership Suite provide an uptime guarantee?
    Yes, all data is hosted at AWS with a 99% uptime guarantee.

Data Security

  1. What happens to my data if I cancel my subscription?
    Once you’ve canceled your subscription, all your existing data will remain intact, and it will be archived.

  2. Where is my data stored? How does Membership Suite ensure data security?
    Membership Suite is a partner of AWS. Data is hosted at AWS and Security measurement is taking place by AWS.

  3. How is my data backed up?
    Your data will be backed up instantly. We have standby backup available to ensure low downtime issues.

  4. Can I migrate old data or upload data in the Membership App software?
    Yes, you can do so. We offer data migration services.

  5. Can I export my data from the Membership App software?
    Export function is available.

  6. How often do I need to update the management software?
    You don’t need to worry about software updates. All will be handled by Membership Suite.
