Package

Assign Package #

You can assign the package to the lead or client.

Process Flow: #
Assign Package (Lead) Using Back Office System #
  • Login admin account in Back Office System
  • Select ‘Manage’ on left side and choose ‘Leads’ tab on top
  • Find lead name and click ‘View’ button
  • Click ‘Add Package’ button to assign new Package to lead
  • Select the package and click ‘Pay’
  • Select payment method and click ‘Pay’
  • The package will show in the packages tab

** If you assign package expect trail Package, the lead will turn to client

Assign Package (Client) Using Back Office System #
  • Login admin account in Back Office System
  • Select ‘Manage’ on left side and choose ‘Clients’ tab on top
  • Find client name and click ‘View’ button
  • Click ‘Add Package’ button to assign new Package to lead
  • Select the package and click ‘Pay’
  • Select payment method and click ‘Pay’
  • The package will show in the packages tab

Edit Package #

You can edit the package start date, end date and next payment date if needed.

Process Flow: #
Edit Package Start Date #
  1. Login admin account in Back Office System
  2. Select ‘Manage’ on left side and choose ‘Clients’ tab on top
  3. Find client and click ‘View’ button
  4. Click 3 dots at the action side
  5. Click ‘Edit Package’ button to edit “Package Start Date”

** Start Date only able to edit to future, unable edit to previous date

Edit Package End Date #
  1. Login admin account in Back Office System
  2. Select ‘Manage’ on left side and choose ‘Clients’ tab on top
  3. Find client and click ‘View’ button
  4. Click 3 dots at the action side
  5. Click ‘Edit Package’ button to edit “Package End Date”
Edit Next Payment Date #
  1. Login admin account in Back Office System
  2. Select ‘Manage’ on left side and choose ‘Clients’ tab on top
  3. Find client and click ‘View’ button
  4. Click 3 dots at the action side
  5. Click ‘Edit Package’ button to edit “Next Payment Date”
Create Subscription and Set Next Payment Date #
  1. Login admin account in Back Office System
  2. Select ‘Manage’ on left side and choose ‘Clients’ tab on top
  3. Find client and click ‘View’ button
  4. Click 3 dots at the action side
  5. Click ‘Edit Package’ button to “Create Subscription and Set Next Payment Date”
  6. Tick the box of create subscription
  7. Set the next payment date as future date (any date after today)

** If the package is do not have next payment date before, please tick ‘Create Subscription’ to set the next payment date.

After done the edit package, you need to approve the edit package request.
