Failed Payment (Ezypay – Credit Card) #

  1. Failed payment with reason due to payment method invalid
    • This invoice status will be PAST DUE and it won’t get retried from Ezypay
  2. Failed payment with reason due to payment method is valid
    • This invoice status will change from UNPAID to PAST DUE if 2nd auto retry still failed from Ezypay

Cancel Failed Payment Invoice #

Only can cancel failed payment invoice when the invoice status is PAST DUE

NOTE!!! #
  • ONLY can CANCEL the failed invoice after 2nd auto retry still failed from Ezypay.
  • NOT only normal process, suspend also same also same after 3 days only can cancel the failed invoice.
  • When the status change from UNPAID to PAST DUE, then only can cancel the failed invoice.
  • If don’t want wait for 3 days PLEASE contact Ezypay Support from your side to update the failed payment status from UNPAID to PAST DUE, so that you can CANCEL the failed invoice after Ezypay update the status

Manual Retry Failed Payment Invoice #

Only can manual retry failed payment invoice when the invoice status is PAST DUE

NOTE!!! #
  • ONLY can RETRY the failed invoice 2nd auto retry still failed from Ezypay.
  • When the status change from UNPAID to PAST DUE, then only can retry the failed invoice.
  • If don’t want wait for 3 days PLEASE contact Ezypay Support from your side to update the failed payment status from UNPAID to PAST DUE, so that you can RETRY the failed invoice after Ezypay update the status.
  • if you would like to retry the failed payment, PLEASE REMEMBER BELOW INFORMATION:
    • DO NOT edit programme date
    • DO NOT suspend the programme
