Email content which client will received when create profile or purchase from the company. You are also able manual push email message to the client when you needed.

Process Flow: #
Edit Email Content Using Back Office System #
  1. Login admin account in the Back Office System
  2. Click ‘Broadcast’ on the left side
  3. Select ‘Email’ on the top
  4. Find the messages in the ‘Email Rules’
  5. Click ‘Edit ‘ button
  6. Click ‘Save’ after done edit the email
Manual Push Email Message Using Back Office System #
  1. Login admin account in the Back Office System
  2. Click ‘Broadcast’ on the left side
  3. Select ‘Email’ on the top
  4. Click ‘Push Email Message’ button on the right top
  5. Key in the ‘Subject’ and ‘Content’
  6. Click ‘Send’ after done

Notification #

Notification which staff and client will received on the Member Application and Staff Application by manual send out from the Back Office System.

  1. Login admin account in the Back Office System
  2. Click ‘Broadcast’ on the left side
  3. Select ‘Push Notification’ on the top
  4. Click ‘Push Notification’ button on the right top
  5. Key in the ‘Title’ and ‘Content’
  6. Click ‘Send’ after done

News #

News which staff and client will show in “Announcement” side in the Member Application and Staff Application by manual send out from the Back Office System.

Process Flow: #
Manual Add News Using Back Office System #
  1. Login admin account in the Back Office System
  2. Click ‘Broadcast’ on the left side
  3. Select ‘News’ on the top
  4. Click ‘Add News’ button on the right top
  5. Fill in the news’s information
  6. Click ‘Create’ after done
Delete News Using Back Office System #
  1. Login admin account in the Back Office System
  2. Click ‘Broadcast’ on the left side
  3. Select ‘News’ on the top
  4. Find the news/announcement that you want to delete
  5. Click ‘Delete’ button on the right of the news/announcement
  6. Click ‘Yes’ to confirm delete the news/announcement
Edit News Using Back Office System #
  1. Login admin account in the Back Office System
  2. Click ‘Broadcast’ on the left side
  3. Select ‘News’ on the top
  4. Find the news/announcement that you want to edit
  5. Click ‘Edit’ button on the right of the news/announcement
  6. Fill in the updated news’s information
  7. Click ‘Save’ after done
